Cutie Pies

I am happy to announce that Cutie Pies storefront is now open located at 7329 Burnet Road directly across from Genie Car Wash. Y'all may not realize this but it's still just me making the pies at the shop. My daughter helps on weekends but for the most part all the pies, cookies and fried pies are made just by one person. I've gotten it down pretty well but some days it can get away from me.

Most every day I make pies and restock and remake but at some point, usually around 4:30 or so I stop cooking and restocking in the hopes of selling out. I want the pies to be fresh every single day with no hold overs. So if you come close to closing time you may not get the most bang for your buck! Best to come early if there is a certain pie you want.

Sundays ~ Sunday I make whole pies and mini pies and it's the only day I won't recook or restock. We are closed on Monday's so I try to estimate what I think I'll need for that day but when we're out we are out.

So y'all come down to the storefront and get your pie on! We have our assortment of mini pies as well as savory pies. Our stock and trade is the mini pie this is what we are known for and specialize in. We do make whole pies, but ususally by custom order except on Sunday's. If you can't find us then give us a call at 512-452-PIES (7437)

Fried pies ~ My fried pies are made when you order them. I've tried to make them and keep them in the display case but I just think there's nothing in the world like a warm fried pie with ice cream on top.

It takes about 5 - 7 minutes for one of those little beauties but honey I can tell you it's well worth the wait.
